I started working with Gracie’s practice at the beginning of 2021. It was my second job out of grad school, and I was still collecting hours toward licensure. I had a few different supervisors previously, but Gracie has been such a refreshing presence. Supervision with her always felt open, supportive, and real. I could show up with challenges, questions, wins, defeats, and she’d meet it all with acceptance and thoughtful guidance. I never felt judged talking with her.
She has this grounded, collaborative way of talking through tough situations that makes me feel more capable and empowered. Not only that, but Gracie is also a total well of knowledge and every session I walked away with something new: a tool, a technique, a resource, a book, or a video. She’s constantly pointing you toward growth without ever making you feel like you’re falling short.
Lastly, she’s humorous and fun to talk to. Our supervision sessions were as full of laughter as they were insight and I looked forward to them every time. I highly recommend working with Gracie if you’re looking to grow and evolve as a therapist while feeling accepted and empowered at the same time.

Working with Graciela as a supervisor was an incredibly supportive and enriching experience. Her style is both relatable and resourceful—she offered not only her own insights but also a wealth of tools and fresh perspectives that helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect. Supervision gave me a comforting space to process the emotional weight of the work, and our group meetings with other supervisees became a valuable sounding board for both challenges and celebrations. Professionally, I learned new approaches, techniques, and counseling styles that expanded my confidence and deepened my understanding of the field. What stood out the most was how safe I felt asking questions or making mistakes—Graciela created an environment where imperfection was met with grace and growth, not judgment. The space she created was relaxed yet professional, balancing humor and depth, and feedback was always delivered in a way that invited reflection and improvement rather than criticism. I felt genuinely seen, supported, and encouraged throughout. If you're considering her as a supervisor—do it! You won’t regret it.- Anonymous
